I arrived at the airport at around 6:30PM, after check-in, I asked the manager is there any hot food inside the "King Lounge" unfortunately this lounge doesn't have any hot food. I went to the restaurant near the Check-in desk, is reasonably priced per Chinese Airport standards. China Eastern VIP lounge This lounge is located next to China Eastern lounge, which some hot food option available. Lounge entrance This lounge has very good interior compare to what you usually expect from a domestic First Class lounge. "KING LOUNGE" Shenzhen Air called their lounge King Lounge, all of them expect Wuxi have hot food, which the reception staff told us that they are requesting it. Shenzhen Air Chauffeur Driving Service While I have mentioned in posts that Shenzhen Air is the best way to travel within China in Business Class but I have not yet explained why. 1: Free Chauffeur Driving Service Many people can don't use an airline lounge by using their Priority Card to access a different lounge, but here is the fact that does those cards provide free chauffeur driving? No, right? Shenzhen Air provides free chauffeur driving service to all passengers in Business and domestic first class regardless of their fare class as long as they are paid tickets other than award tickets. 2: Free Hot food available in all lounges expect Wuxi  While most airline's lounge doesn't provide hot food in most of small airport. Shenzhen Airlines 9823 Guangzhou(CAN) – Wuxi(WUX) Saturday, July 1 Depart: 2:35 PM Arrive: 5:35 AM Duration: 2hr35min Aircraft: Boeing 737 Seat: 1A (First Class) Guangzhou airport had recently got a few self-boarding machines. Unfortunately, it was not in use. Hopefully, it will be soon in use. Upon boarding, I heard Shenzhen Airline’s audio, in three languages, English, Chinese and Cantonese keep repeating over and over. Is actually quite weird that Guangzhou’s Landlord, China Southern don’t have Cantonese Audio onboard. My Car That is Taking Me to the airport! My flight departs in 14:35, I requested on 11:30 to pick me up via phone two days prior to departure. The car arrives at 11:10. The driver speaks very flute Cantonese, I arrive at the airport at 12:25 due to not so good traffic in Guangzhou. Ratings Ontime: 20/20 Driving Smoothness: 18/20 Traffic in Guangzhou: 7/20 Driving Skills: 18/20 Others: 18/20 Total: 81/100 Bottom Line Shenzhen air provides Chauffeur driving service for all Passengers in Business Class/ Domestic first. Meanwhile full price First/Business will get a Mercedes-Benz level car and others will get a Camry Class level car. Shenzhen air is sure the best way to travel within China!
