China Southern Hello guys, I am finally back in Singapore now, I generally have a very bad impression with China Southern not only their hard product but also their staffs.  I flew on the China Southern flight 351 bound for Singapore yesterday and eventually having a horrible experience. When during check-in, the check-in agent said that the flight was oversold by 11 seats. The flight actually only have 130 passengers, by what that China Southern agent mean, this flight should have 152 passengers onboard ( China Southern's old A320 have 8 Business + 144 Economy). The drinks on the trolley are not their full drink menu even in the first row, they didn't put any red Wine or Beer, WHAT IS THIS, this is not Dom or Krug champagne or something that retail over 100$, why do you need to hide it in front of passengers?  The food onboard that flight for some unknwon reason is totally disgusting and even worse compared to what Spring Airlines( A Chinese Budget Ai...

Los Angles Hello guys, I have been missing for the past few days, hope everyone is fine. I flew Singapore to Guangzhou on  China Southern, Guangzhou to Chendu to Jinan on Sichuan. The experice o Sichuan is actually not that bad. More is coming later, Stay Tuned as always!

I know this could be both good or bad news given that China Southern's 787 is cramped in Economy even though is newer than most of their A330. Business Class feature the same product except that some of their new A330s have staggered Business Class like their 777 and removing First Class. China Southern Per Routesonline today, China Southern is replacing their A330-300 with their B787-8 for CZ385/386, the 737 flight remains the same. This is going to effect from 29Nov.

China Southern  I have make a review on China Southern already, I booked this trip given that I needed to position from Singapore to Guangzhou. For my onward Sichuan Business Class to Los Angles. I will make a full review on this China Southern flight

Guangzhou Baiyun Airport (CAN) This trip is one of those trips that I am not writing a full review because of the fact that I don't see the point of reviewing a China Southern Short-haul. This flight is delayed by 23 minutes, this flight is operated by China Southern Shenyang based crews which I generally find that they are better than Guangzhou based crews. Priority Check-in, Doesn't look like very priority My flight to Helsinki leaves Guangzhou at 9:50am, thanks to ShenZhou service. I arrive at Guangzhou Baiyun airport at about 7:30am. Check-in is the SLOWEST I HAVE EVER BEEN, Ground stuff isn't much better than ANY US AIRPORT and they told me that the whole airplane is full.  LYING to me again after Singapore Changi! Security in Guangzhou is totally a mess, just like usual, Unlike Lucky from One Mile At A Time's experience , this time they learnt their lesson and opened the priority queue. However, What is so good about this "Priority Line" maybe just the red carpet, the line is as long as normal lines, as I pass through security queue and eventually got inside the lady behind me is holding a Finnair Economy Class Ticket, isn't much better than Singapore Changi's security .
